Phone-in Purchases
Persons interested in purchasing artwork over the phone or by check may call (847)733-3269 during business hours 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Please have the following information ready: Your name, address and phone number and the address the artwork is being shipped to; Names and numbers of paintings and/or prints; Credit card users will need their card number and its expiration date plus their billing address.

Availability
All effort is made to immediately indicate when work is purchased, however, some paintings represented on this website may not currently be available for sale. Paintings and prints represented on this web site reflect a portion of work available by Chris Smith Evans. Shipping and Handling
Shipping and handling charges are available when processing purchases online. All work is shipped throughout the continental United States via UPS ground delivery. Artwork is carefully wrapped and packed to insure safe delivery. Please notify the studio immediately by phone, (847)733-3269 if damage has occurred during shipping . Delivery times are currently three weeks for delivery of paintings (unless paintings are currently on exhibit) and six weeks for delivery of prints. Call-in purchases will be provided with information on shipping and handling fees at the time of sale.

Returns
All paintings and prints may be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery for a full refund. Artwork returned after that time is for credit only. Shipping and insurance charges are not refundable. Artwork is carefully inspected and packed prior to shipping. Please return paintings in original condition with accompanying packing and box.

Damaged Art
All artwork is carefully packed prior to shipping, yet on rare occasions damage can occur. Immediate notification of Chris Smith Evans is necessary to properly address this issue with our carrier. Please retain all original packing materials and documentation and contact the studio immediately at (847)733-3269.
